Even though the size of the first document was very small, it was really
difficult to read. It was an itemized list for some sort for financial transaction
and the document was in poor condition due to being water-stained and faded.
The second item was wonderfully clear in spite of having smudged ink and I was able to transcribe this land deed with no problems other than the names.

The document had quite a few tough spots to figure out. It
didn’t help matters any that there was a string of names written but not
separated by any commas.
