Today I cataloged 91 more cards of drawer 6 of the sheet music collection project. Everything was routine; the only question I have is with the card with row 701, the 245 field which reads "words by a student of Harvard University" instead of actual names. I'm not sure what to do with this - for now I've put it in the 245 field. Jeanette, please let me know if this is okay or needs to be moved or should even be on the spreadsheet because I was under the impression that only specific names would go in this or other statement of responsibility fields. ReplyDeleteRow 701 is definitely a weird one! I moved the "Words by a student of Harvard University" to the second note field. I deleted the Copyright registered in Connecticut note instead.
