Today I cataloged 80 more cards of drawer 5 of the sheet music collection project. Nothing particularly new came up except for an odd thing on the cards in rows 924-925 - it just says "composers'" before the publication date (highlighted in red). Another issue is if a card mentions what languages the music is in (row 990) and I'm not sure where that information goes (for now I have put it in the note field, Jeanette, please let me know what you think about this). Also, it is okay to include multiple notes in the note field? The card for row 929 included two notes in it.

ReplyDeleteWith the composer statement we agreed to go ahead and put that in the Publisher field and continue to highlight thpse instances as they happen since we can't be sure without looking at the actual sheet music.
Also, go ahead and add another note column to the spreadsheet if needed.
